Right to Refuse Service
DG Door Service LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time when, in our sole judgment, providing service would pose a safety risk, operational concern, or conflict with our business standards.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Unsafe or hazardous job site conditions
Areas with elevated risk of crime or violence
Threatening, abusive, hostile, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff
Lack of safe or reasonable access to the service location
Environmental or structural hazards
Conditions that prevent work from being performed safely or lawfully
DG Door Service LLC also reserves the right to decline future service, including warranty service, for customers who engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hostile conduct toward our company or its representatives.
Warranty Eligibility and Limitations
Any labor warranty provided by DG Door Service LLC is offered at our discretion as a courtesy and is contingent upon a respectful and cooperative customer relationship.
The following actions may result in denial or voiding of warranty coverage:
- Abusive, threatening, or hostile communication toward our team
- False, misleading, or defamatory statements about our services
- Refusal to acknowledge documented pre-existing issues explained at the time of service
- Tampering with, modifying, or allowing third parties to alter our completed work
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance or safety guidelines
If a customer expresses clear dissatisfaction with the service provided, disputes the quality of work without valid cause, or indicates a lack of trust in our workmanship, DG Door Service LLC reserves the right to terminate any ongoing or future service relationship, including warranty obligations.
Refusal or discontinuation of service, including warranty service, does not constitute a waiver of any contractual or legal rights held by DG Door Service LLC.
DG Door Service LLC does not discriminate against customers based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
